The Georgetown TX Real Estate market is located on the north border Round Rock on Interstate 35 in Williamson County Texas - and continues to grow in popularity because Georgetown TX homes are typically lower priced than surrounding areas.  The Town of Georgetown Texas was founded in 1848 and is divided by the beautiful San Gabriel River that meanders through town. Georgetown's population of 48,000 is expected to DOUBLE in by 2015 - in just 7 more years.
